Why document your case

This campaign is building a documented record of cases where BAME property owners believe they were denied equal treatment in civil proceedings. The goal is to demonstrate — through the weight of documented evidence — that the failure is institutional, not individual.

The constitutional argument does not rest on one case. It rests on a pattern. The pattern visible in the Lawrence v HNW Lending Ltd record — disclosure refused, expert evidence excluded, strike-out of fraud claims without trial, CPR 55.8 bypassed, appeal routes closed — may be your pattern too. Your case matters.

Note on legal advice: This campaign does not provide legal advice. We collect and document cases for public interest and research purposes. If you need legal help, contact a solicitor, Citizens Advice, or the Free Representation Unit.
